Silver jewellery handmade on the Isle of Raasay

A little flower earring that my Great Aunt bought in Norway (I think) about 50 years ago! She recently lost the other one and asked me to make a replica. I would looove to but will need to ask a few people for help I think.. nothing wrong with that! I really love that she has had this earring for so long - and that she WORE them. I am so bad for being scared to wear something I treasure for fear of losing/damaging them. So they sit in their drawer or box not being used... this year I will try and wear that piece of jewellery or that lovely dress that I am too scared to put on! Also love to think that a piece of my jewellery will be worn for 50+ years and still bring joy 😍😁
Spent the day in my wee shed soldering bangles. I LOVE being in my workshop! Nothing to do but make jewellery 😍 I find the beginning of a new year a bit overwhelming but this was the perfect day 👌🔨
